MACRHL
Registration -- Winter 2010!
It takes just three
simple steps to
register for MACRHL:
- Complete the
registration
form. Additions/changes to the registration form are as follows:
- T-Shirts with the new MACRHL logo can be purchased for $15 each.
- Before season clinic sessions are available for $15 per session.
- You may only select 1 friend/player to play with and it has to be reciprocal. If you carpool
with multiple people, please note that and the people you carpool with,
as we will take that into consideration.
- Register with
either of the
following for
insurance:
- USA Hockey on
their web site

and print the
confirmation page.

The fee for USA
Hockey membership
is $30.00 and
is valid from
Sept 1, 2010
through August
31, 2011. USA
Hockey Membership
Benefits
(in PDF) includes
access to educational
resource materials
for players, special
discounts for
apparel/merchandise,
and, most importantly,
insurance coverage
for excess accidents,
catastrophic accidents
and general liability.
You will also
receive a subscription
to the USA Hockey
Magazine.
- Send the following
to the address
below by September 1, 2010.
- Final payment due by October 8, 2010. Contact macrhlorganizers@umich.edu before
September 24, 2010 if special payment arrangements are needed.
All team rosters
(team assignments)
will be posted
on the website
no later than
September 17, 2010. If
you include your
email address
on the registration
form, you will
receive a confirmation
email that your
spot is secure
for the upcoming
