MACRHL Registration -- Winter 2010!

It takes just three simple steps to register for MACRHL:

1. Complete the registration form.
   
   
2. Register with either of the following for insurance:

• USA Hockey on their web site USA Registration and print the confirmation page. (If the link does not work, copy this text into your browser: https://www.usahockeyregistration.com)

The fee for USA Hockey membership is $30.00 and is valid from May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010. USA Hockey Membership Benefits (in PDF) includes access to educational resource materials for players, special discounts for apparel/merchandise, and, most importantly, insurance coverage for excess accidents, catastrophic accidents and general liability. You will also receive a subscription to the USA Hockey Magazine.

• ISI -Ice Skating Institute registration is $25.00. For more on ISI see membership benefits.

3. Send the following to the address below by January 8, 2010.
   
   • completed registration form
   • proof of registration, either USA Hockey OR ISI
   • check for $200 or $50 deposit. Make the check payable to MACRHL

4. Final payment due by February 12, 2010. Contact macrhlorganizers@umich.edu before January 29, 2010 if special payment arrangements are needed.

All team rosters (team assignments) will be posted on the website no later than January 24, 2010. If you include your email address on the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email that your spot is secure for the upcoming session.
